Explorer Window Size

Is there a way to set the default Window size and maintain it afte
restarting

For example, I would like it when I double click Computer, for th
Window to be bigger then what it is, and have that size be applied t
all Windows

I hope I explained this well enough for someone to help

The window size should remember the size of when it was last closed an
revert back to that size when the window is reopened. See here
