Has anyone successfully exported message imported to or created in WLM
to Outlook?

WLM exports to Outlook using the Microsoft Exchange format
- tested prior to posting with 100% successful results.

In WLM 2011 (2009 uses the same export to Msft Exchange - look on the Menu
under File )
- Open Outlook (required WLM needs to find an active pst file)
- On WLM's Ribbon Menu:
WLM Button > Export Email > Email Messages > Microsoft Exchange > Next
- Select All Folders or Selected Folders (the latter allows one to
selectively choose folders containing messages)
- Click OK

Note:
1. If you choose Selected Folders, ensure you select the account and the
folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc and user created and nested folders)
within the account (required). Use Control A to make multiple selections.
- by choosing the account and folders/subfolders the export will create
those same folders in Outlook, then you can move them to whatever location
you desire in Outlook.
2. Optionally, if you only have one email account and choose 'Selected' and
don't select the account but do select a folder e.g. Inbox, Sent etc..the
message will be exported to the same folder in Outlook (Inbox, Sent etc).

Thanks for the help.

As much as I hate to spend the money I am going to buy Outlook for our
business just to replace WLM. The program crashed again this morning
and I lost a long email I was working on.

Had enough.
