Export Windows Mail (Vista) to XP

I have to send a Vista notebook for repair and need my email folders
and messages.

Is it possible to export Windows Mail folders and their messages to
XP?

Hi,

File/export/messages, save to a thumb drive or other removable media in the
Windows Mail format. Reverse the steps in XP's Outlook Express. Make sure
the transfer works prior to sending the notebook for repair.
