Hi,
Well one probably doesn't exist for what you want, if there's more interest I'll make one.
If this is just a one-time thing you're doing, just open the CTT file in Notepad, delete all
the extraneous XML tags and just have each passport on its own on each line (like):
etc.
Just about any application should be able to import that.
