How expose multiple MBN interfaces?

Our Windows 7 mobile broadband USB adapter may keep multiple broadband
connections at any time, to multiple mobile broadband providers/networks.

What is the best approach to expose multiple network connections to Windows
7 and any applications?

One idea would be to dynamically create MBN Network Adapters. Is that
possible?

/ Hannes.
