Express Card for Home Premium

It's great having an MCE like function in Home Premium but with certain
Notebook/Tablet PCs such as HPs tx 1000 and 2000 series there is a need for
an Express Card 34 mm TV Tuner. I've not been able to locate one and HP is no
help. Has anyone run across this card anywhere?
