Hi I got the same problem:
I solved it that way
open settings in control panel
go to "system"
then open "hardware profile"
double click on disk controller
your HDD should appear
double cclick on it and assign a letter.
That should do ok
But
then, after restarting you may face another problem:
when you open your HDD you are prompted to format it; if I do it, of course
, i loose all the data.
That's where I am and I can't solve that problem.
