Sometimes I have two outlook.exe processes in taskmanger, and only one
outlook application.
At the moment, I have an outlook iocn in the taskbar, outlook.exe as a
process but not as an application. When I try to switch to the outlook in
the taskbar nothing happnes; when I try to run outlook in the normal way I
get an error from Outlook: "The operation failed".
It often happens when Activesync fails for any of it's myriad reasons, but
this time the last sync succeeded.
This will require rebooting the PC; does anyone know how to stop this
nonsense?
