fail to Reregister the SSL security libraries

I can not load certain modules in order to restart my msn what does it
means????

Can you be a tad more specific as to what you're trying to do and the exact messages you're
seeing?

If you're just trying to re-register some of the SSL libraries, more than likely what the
post you found is the XP ones and a few of them will fail on Vista.
