Hi,
Note that the history listing is not used by Windows Update in any way,
it is only created so the user of the computer can look at what have
happened over time.
It is not possible to remove some of the elements in the history
listing, if you want to remove something, the only option is to clean
out the whole history listing and start fresh.
To do this, you need to clean out the DataStore folder, you can use the
procedure described here:

I would have deleted the Download folder mentioned in the link above as
well, it just contains the files used to install previous updates (the
files are supposed to be automatically removed after 10 days anyway,
but there is no harm in removing them manually).
