Failed Download kb936782

Reveiw download history shows update kb936782 failed for IE7 XP. I went to
add/remove programs and removed it from my laptop. What do I do now to
re-download the update because when I ran Microsoft updates It couldn't
finish from error code 0008300 something to that affect?
