Failed download security update for XP

I am unable to download a security update for XP. i get an error message
0xF00B0004. I have tried several times with the same result. How do I get
around this problem so I can download and install this security update?

Would you please post specifically which update it is that can not be
downloaded ?
Was the error code 0x800B0004 instead of the one you posted ?
