Failed to enumerate network connections

We suffered an extensive power outage at one of our locations and all the
servers at that location went down. A file server cluster was among the
servers that powered down. When we tried to bring it back up one of the
nodes would not start up the cluster service. We evicted it from the node
with the hope of adding it back, but that would not happen. We keep getting
the error messages:
Error 0x80040154: Class not registered
Failed to enumerate network connections on this node.
Microsoft suggested updating the network drivers but that has not worked.
I'd like to be able to figure out the problem and fix it rather than
rebuilding the whole server. Any suggestions?

I forgot mention my environment: W2K3 SP2 32-bit.

before adding back the node, run this command on the evicted node
(on cmd prompt)

c:\> cluster.exe node /force

then try adding back the node

Edwin.
