FAILED FAILED Help Me Please

I downloaded many updates for my ME operating system a few days ago, because
we had to totally reformat our computer. I have been loaded with spyware and
adware, and one of my programs told me to download the patch for Windows
JVM..and I thought I had already. When I checked the "installation history",
it showed the installation "failed" (with no reason why), along with many
other updates that failed as well. How can I get the updates back on the
Update list for me to select to download? There is at least 12 things my
computer failed to download and I need them, especially the JVM patch. Can
anyone help?

You can download them from the Catalog and save to be installed later.

Click Add button for each update you want to download. Once you have what you want,
Click the “Go To Download Basket� link. Type in or browse to the location where you
want the updates saved to and then Click the “Download Now� button.
