Failed history review

I seem to be uable to get my history of udates to load, I've tried entering
Microsoft.com into the popup settings but still won't load, help needed

Try reregistering this MSXML .dll file ... Go to
Start > Run > type in

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

Click OK or press Enter

Did you rename the WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution subfolder or delete any
contents of the subfolder ?
