Same problem I spent two weeks and 50 hours on the phone with MS about.
I have already been on the phone with their research dept and they cancelled
the second appointment and are late as I speak for another phone
appointment.
One of the last updates since mid December breaks updates and installer, see
previous 500 threads.
They aren't likely to fix it anytime soon, until enough people open support
tickets, so please do so ASAP.
On top of this, they are even busier with their latest security patch
(bug)...
I guess they wanted to hose everyone else.
Can you tell I'm ****ed?
Don't waste time on email support, because the are using AI (AU) bots, as
all I get every email is the same response which means nothing in terms of
fixing anything.
Just open support calls and force these jokers to fix their crap software.
