Failed Install - Update KB917953

This update (KB917953) has failed several times on my Dell Windows XP (Home
Edition) desktop PC. The only explanation I get is: Error Code: 0x8007F007.
Of course, I have no idea what this means. Is it a familiar message to you?
Any clue what I need to do? I've never had a failed update before. Crud.

Error 0x8007F007 = STATUS_CAN'T_FIND_INF
Setup could not find the update.inf file needed to update your system.

Could be an indication that the cryptographic service isn't working properly

Method 2: Set Cryptographic Services to automatic

If the cryptographic services is okay, perhaps you may need to rename the Catroot2
folder
