Failed install Update for Windows XP (KB924667) Error Code: 0x8007

Help please.
Failed install of Security Update for Windows XP (KB924667)
Error Code: 0x8007F0DA

Win-XP pro/service pk2, Symantic CorporateAVP,

I tried several methods to correct including multiple uninstalls & manual
install. Nothing has worked.
read most of the Update newgroups items for this (those that were in English).
Any help is appreciated.
