Installation fails with code: 0x80070003. Windows Update keeps reporting
this update and every try to install it fails with the same error.

What does the error code mean? Is there a workaround

Error: Path not found (0x80070003)
If you receive this error message, follow these steps:
1. Verify that the following folder exists:
%systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader
If this folder does not exist, create the folder.
2. Verify that the profile locations in the registry are accurate. For more
