Download and SAVE KB929729 from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

COMPLETELY disable the installed antivirus software now. Either read the
provided Help file or visit the manufacturer's web site to learn how
this is done.
IF you feel the system is at risk when connected to the net/network than
disconnect the system for now.

Run NDP1.1sp1-KB929729-X86.exe by *right* clicking it and choosing
'Run as administrator'

IF the update installs properly than restart the system whether prompted
to or not.
Did that get it installed ?

** REMEMBER to reenable the installed AV ** prior to reconnecting to the
net/network.
