Failed Sercurity Update on Windows NT 4.0

Hello,

I have Windows NT 4.00.1381. There are two security updates that fail
to install.

During Q323172 installation, a Setup Error window opens. I click OK.
Then, I get the following error statement. "The following updates
were not installed. To try again, click the Back button below.
Q323172: Security Update (Windows NT 4.0)"

During Q318138 installation, a Setup Error window opens. I click OK.
Then, I get the following error statement. "The following updates
were not installed. To try again, click the Back button below.
Q318138: Security Update (Windows NT 4.0)"

Please assist with this problem

You can download them from the Catalog and save to be installed later.

Click Add button for each update you want to download. Once you have what you
want, Click the "Go To Download Basket" link. Type in or browse to the location
where you want the updates saved to and then Click the "Download Now" button.
Once downloaded, you can then burn them to CD.
