Hello There:

My system is in a domain. I have installed Win XP SP2. I am getting
following error in the
WindowsUpdate.log file. I am giving the content of the file. Please help me.

Anjani,

This looks similar to the problem that Mike reported for his W2K system.
To see how closely the two incidents are related please do the same
tests I asked him to do:

- Stop the Automatic Updates service
- register wuaueng.dll (regsvr32 wuaueng.dll)

When he did that he discovered the regsvr32 command returning
an error code of 0x80004005. I gave him some more ideas for
trying to diagnose that further but I think the thread died there.
