Failed update: error code 800B0100

First, there is a bubble on the lower right hand corner that says "Windows
can't check for updates." When I click on it, it opens a window and asks if
I want to install the update. I click "Install." The window says it's
downloading the update, but it untimately fails to install. The error code
is 800B0100. Any suggestions?
