failed update KB915597

I also get eroor 80244019 general update error. But there is one update that
won't load. KB915597 (def1.49.217.0) and now won't download any updates.

You cannot download updates when you access the Windows Update Web site from
a Windows XP-based computer that is behind a firewall or a proxy server
