Failed update .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

Hi,
I have just installed XP Professional and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Service Pack 1 is failing to install. I am getting Error Code: 0x663.

I tried to do windows update many time but its still the same message. All
other optional and other updates are perfectly installed including .Net
Framework 3.0 but this update is not getting installed. Any suggestions?
