Failed Update

My computer (AMD 64) running Vista Home Premium is continually trying to
install the following update and failing with the following information.

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family
Update (KB951847) x64

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800F0818

Windows Update encontured an unknown error

Any Help?

I got a failure too but different error code: 0x8007064C
