Today I have problem downloading an update, in the history says failed, but
it's not available on the available updates. Windows Update says everything
is Up To Date.
The install is not available neither in the installed updates in order to
de-install it.
How do I re-active and make this update available?

Is the a manual way to download the updates?

I'm talking about the "Broadcom - Other Hardware - IBM Integrated Bluetooth
IV"

thx

I have witnessed similar occurrences, may or may not be what is happening
here. I have seen this when there is a residual hardware signature picked up
on during the checking for updates scan, but then when the install is
attempted the hardware is actually disabled or disconnected and it fails. I
have seen this where a laptop is docked or attached to USB devices at work
and then the owner attempts to update at home and the check for updates will
pick up on the hardware from work, downloads the update but it fails because
the device is no longer attached. It will also not be reoffered during
subsequent check for updates scans until the device is reattached.

Try reattaching all removable device - powering them up and then
reattempting the scan. If this fails check device manager to see if any
hardware problem flags are shown. Best I can offer, hope it helps.
