How much memory does your system have?
Is it all being detected?

To resolve a nonpaged pool memory depletion problem:
Add new physical memory to the computer.
This will increase the quantity of nonpaged pool memory available to the kernel

Otherwise try booting with the /SOS parameter to get some clues about
what is loaded just before the STOP occurs. Also, the parameters given
with the STOP code could give you clues about the module involved in the crash
(e.g. assuming that they are addresses within known modules).
