Failed Windows 2003 SP2 Update

I tried to install WIndows 2003 SP2 and I got a "failed" error.

Error log shows the Win Update Agent / Eventid 20 with the following
explanation:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x8007f004: Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (32-bit x86).

I am logged on as Administrator, but I still think it's some kind of
permission error. Any help would be apprecciated.
