while atempting to install sp2 I had several ocurances of files refusing tro
copy to uninstall, after trying to get them to copy unsccsfully I finaly told
the installer to ignore them. then when the installer was installing files to
the new installation it refused to install a file "netrtsnt.inf" I tried
everything I could think of to fill the void with no luck so, I had to back
out of the installation. the windows update program still shows that I have
downloaded the files so it dosn't give me the option of repeating the
download. I really don't want to waste another evening on another unsusesfull
install. So what do I do now.
I think the problem might be related to all of the @%$#^$%^ addware that
defies all atempts to remove, but who knows.

PS where can I sign up to join law suits aginst those %&@#% adware malware
guys.
