Failing installation of Internet Explorer 7

Hi

I keep having trouble installing IE 7. Everything works fine until the last
bit of the installation and then I have to restart to get back to the
previous IE version. I get Error code: 0x3F5 and have to try again. I've
tried all the help issues but still there something wrong. I closed all other
running programs during install. Can anyone help me????
