Failure of installation Windows update XP

I don't understand why I can't install :
- Microsoft office XP (KB977896)
- Pack compatibility Microsoft office Service Pack 2 (SP2)
- Update Microsoft Silverlight (KB979202)

Message : failure of installation
But they don't explain why and how I can install them ?
