Failure installing KB835732.Error 0x80070643

Hello to all. I would greatly appreciate any help any one could give me as to
this matter.I can download just fine ,but when it comes to installing
failure.this is the error report from windows update.

Phil,

You receive error message 0x80070643 when you try to install updates
for Windows XP from the Windows Update Web site
