Family Tree Maker 2008

Family Tree Maker (FTW) has an option to access the Internet from the
Program. When I click on it, FTW says there is not an Internet Connection.
However IE works just fine.

I am using AT&T DSL that is always on.

Hi,
Check settings of any third-party security suite/firewall. See if FTW
(FTM.exe) needs to be granted permission to access the internet.
