Fast User Switching audio

I use Fast User Switching with Vista. I have noticed a problem with audio
when switching users. If a user has an audio file that is being played and
that user is switched to another user, the audio for the previous user is
still playing. Is there any way to have the audio output for each user to
be suspended when another user logs on? In other words, only play audio for
the current active logon session.

I had the same problem with the games of my grandson.
For working between I use 'Fast User Switching'.
Because nobody has given advice I wrote a powershell script for a 'Task Scheduler' task.
