Fatal Exception @0028:C02A97A8

I did windows update yesterday and now, today everytime I try to shut-down I
get this error message. Isnt there a place at Microsoft.com that you can look
up specific error messages? Cant seem to find it

Which Fatal Exception Error was it? 0D, 0E, 06, or what? - makes it a lot
easier to check out!!
I suspect that it was probably a 0E error - which is usually caused by
either Sound or Video driver problems.
Try updating your Sound and Video drivers from the manufacturer's website.
