Fatal Exception Error 06

After installing the recent updates (April) I keep getting this fatal
exception error
06 occurred at 0000.00000809. My screen will sometime blackout when I'm
trying to close and I have to shut down at the CPU. This also shows up on
start up and I hit a key to bypass. Also giving me problem when researching
a website & screen goes black.

Did not have this problem before doing this last update. Scan disk is fine,
virus scan is fine.

What Operating System are you running? Was there another error number in the
*x******** format?

Windows 98 - No, have not seen another error number.

Prevent run - uncheck in MSConfig at startup
Boot up in Safe Mode - Add/Remove Programs to uninstall "KB891711".
If you need to uninstall be sure to read the bulletin regarding
vulnerability.
