Hi experts , need help to solve my WSUS client issue , i can see the server
from WSUS application but when i go to client log there is an error as below

What OS is this client running? What version of the Windows Update Agent is
installed (this will appear in the WindowsUpdate.log)?

Is the same thing happening for multiple clients, or just one?

What OS is this client running?
Windows 2003 SP2 R2 Server
What version of the Windows Update Agent is
installed (this will appear in the WindowsUpdate.log)?
WUA 3.0

Is the same thing happening for multiple clients, or just one? JUST ONE

Server environment is standalone , dont have any domain , direct contact to WSUS server

What do you mean by "WSUS application"? Are you referring to the WSUS
Administrative Console?

This is an unidentified API call to the WUAgent. Are you using any
scripting?

0x800704DD -2147023651 Error_Not_Logged_On to network

Whatever is trying to access the WUAgent API doesn't have the necessary
credentials, it looks like to me.

No. This is about the software that is trying to use the Windows Update API,
and the account context that the software is running in.

So, next question: when does this error message appear in the log? That is,
what is happening on the machine at the time?
