Favorites Folder Not ShowingUp in Explorer

A recent folder I created in my IE Favorites is showing up in
IE but not in Explorer.

Any ideas here??

Are you looking here:

C:\Users\<user>\Favorites

and here:

C:\Users\Public\Favorites

?

I should have explained better.
I have moved (set location) my Favorites folder
under a data folder that I use to store my data.
The new folder(s) show up when I navigate to the
folder here. But, I've added the Favorites folder to
the 'Favorite Links' pane in Explorer and that's where
it doesn't show these folder(s)

Have you tried disabling shortcut overlays?

By right clicking on the folder and selecting the Location tab.

I don't believe so. I see all my Favorite links I
assigned there.

I can vaguely recall having a similar issue. Have a look at the permissions
for the folder. I think at the moment it only has rights for IE in
Protected Mode, and not your user account. Either use the Security tab or
the ICACLS command.
