You partly answered, I know about the >> to scroll down. What I've done is
create folders where I keep appropriate web sites. example: folder labeled
"Library" ckicking on this folder, I will have my County and Publuc
libraries, and a bunch of news website. If I don't click on this folder for a
day or two, it vanishes. If I turn off the computer, and reboot, it'll be
there, but as I cruise the net, it again goes away. I've looked in Tools,
Internet Options, Advanced, and the box is un-checked to close history and
favorited files. This all started with the last Update, I believe Dec. 8.
