FAX Facilities

Hi Folks

Sorry about this but I have lost some info that someone on this Newsgroup
kindly gave me ....

I was annoyed to find that, on 'upgrading' from Windows Home XP to Windows
Vista Home Premium, I lost the ability to send / receive faxes (ie the
'upgrade' does not provide the facility). Someone told me where I could get
a good, reasonably priced, Vista compatible program to use: initially you
can download and use as a trial version but, later, you can buy.

Can anyone help please?

Cheers

Fax and Scan is only in Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate.
Here are some recommendations by Mike Hall and Mellowed:
http://www.snappysoftware.com/

FREE - - http://www.v3fax.com/freecc.htm

Better, but $30. http://www.snappysoftware.com/

I had the same problem and I bought Snappyfax, it is worth every penny and
does a lot more than the fax console I have on my XP machine such as
forwarding faxes to email, etc.
