Fax: send receive in vista

For some reason my fax does not receive, any idea?
it sends but need to be restarted evry time

Do you use a dial up modem, adsl modem, or adsl modem router?
To use fax on a pc you have to have a 56k modem connected.
Fax cannot be sent via broadband.
