Fax window component in Windows XP Home Edition

I installed Fax Window Component. When I Go to the Fax Console. in the Inbox,
to retrieve my fax message, and click on the fax Icon, I get a message that
reads as follows:

"Application Not Found" -2147221003,2200001366"

How do I correct this problem ? Can you walk me through the procedure to
correct this, Please.
