Feature Suggestion #10- Do not allow popup notifications right on signin

You know how you sometimes get tons of alerts of contact signins right when
you sign in, because of the delay set to retrieve the contact list, this
shouldn't happen. After about 45 seconds to a minute, that is when you
should start seeing the real contact alerts. Otherwise, signin time is
heavily increased, and causes application crashes, and signouts, when you
signin.

Yes, once I signed in, losts of alerts pop up, this is annoying

This isn't a issue with Messenger itself, but a server side issue.
