Feature Suggestion #16- Internal Mail Reader

There should be an internal mail reader within Messenger, so that when you
get a new mail notification, or on Windows Live Today (Mail), when you click
a Message, or when you click a Mail tab, you can view your inbox
Add/Compose/Delete/Reply/ messages within Messenger. Don't make the user
open up their browser and have to go to a different site to compose mail.
