Feature Suggestion #17- Addin composer

Users shouldn't have to download Visual Studio to create Messenger addins,
there should be an internal composer that users can code their addins,
compile them, and add them to Messenger. Maybe, a really scaled back version
of Visual Studio Express? Think about it.

Also give good examples. I have been trying to create an addon that would
take the contact's names that sign in and use the Vista speech to tell me
what contact has signed in. Havn't been to sucesssful yet
