That is where all your winks, emoticons, contact list, display pictures,
etc... are stored
For example, when a contact sends you a emoticon, or changes his or her
display picture, it saves a copy of their display picture, and the emoticon,
on your computer, in something that is called the Messenger Cache, its like
when you visit a website, it saves a copy of the images on the site into
your Cache, so the next time when you visit the site, you wont have to
re-download all of those images. But, after a while, your cache size can get
pretty big, and the larger the cache, sometimes, it will take longer to
signin.
