I must say that's quite a list and contains a lot of annoyances in WLM.
The file transfer resume looks great (but isn't something similar already in
shared folders?). My biggest wish though is for us slightly more advanced
users to get an option to lock messenger to only use one TCP/UDP port. It
would simplify router configurations a lot.
Pet peeve number two I have is the custom nickname feature. There is no easy
way to still show the original nickname of the contact (believe it or not,
some people haven't figured that PSM is the area to put messages!). Messenger
Plus! had the option to append it, and the tooltip shown for contacts always
showed the original nickname.
Other than this I would also prioritize the different status for different
groups option.
