I have the same problem and in addition the "free packs" in the little
package won't download. I get "content installation failed" please try again
later. I've contacted tech support numerous times and no one can give me the
right fix. I've been round and round with the techs. I'm thinking it's some
setting somewhere in XP or some missing file. My old computer has the winks
and they download fine on tht one, but not my new one. I sure would like
to know if you got you'rs fixed. This has really been bugging me.
