After installing the Window Updates released on Feb8. The Benq EW162I DVD
writer does not work well again. Now whenever I burn something with Nero
Express about 95% of the time it would fail before it finishes. Also, window
would keep detecting the drive. If I put a DVD inside after a while I would
hear a click a the autoplay for the DVD would pop up again, and the Safely
Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar would disappear then reappear. Before
installing these updates the drive was working okay and system restoring
before installing them is okay also. Therefore what could I do?
